These experiences have shaped her approach to supporting families, schools, and professionals through thoughtful, collaborative, and strengths-based problem solving.
She earned her Bachelor’s degree in Communication Sciences and Disorders and her Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, with an emphasis in Autism. In addition to her clinical work, Shalini serves as an Associate Professor in a master’s-level ABA graduate program, where she teaches coursework in ABA strategies and interventions, ethics, supervision, and clinical management. Through this role, she mentors future BCBAs and supports the growth of diverse professionals entering the field. She is currently pursuing a Doctorate in Behavioral Health, with a focus on leadership and management in behavioral health settings. Her work centers on caregiver-led ABA coaching and consultation, school-based services, interdisciplinary collaboration, and supporting families and educators through developmentally appropriate, ethical approaches to behavior, boundaries, and body awareness education.
