Shalini Solomon, MA, BCBA, LBA
Founder and Clinical Director, Board Certified and Licensed Behavior Analyst
Shalini Solomon (she/her) is a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) and Licensed Behavior Analyst (LBA-HI). She brings more than 11 years of experience providing Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) services across Florida, Illinois, and Hawaii. Shalini has supported children, teens, neurodiverse learners, families, professionals, educators, and school teams across various settings, including public, private, and charter schools, as well as in-home and clinic environments. Her work centers on individualized, supportive, and evidence-informed care.
Shalini has extensive experience collaborating with SLPs, OTs, PTs, and school-based teams to build cohesive, interdisciplinary systems of support. Her background includes RBT training, supervision for individuals pursuing BCBA certification, and leadership roles as a Clinical Director and Clinical Manager within home-based ABA organizations. These experiences strengthened her commitment to bridging the gap between families, schools, and professionals through collaborative, strengths-based problem-solving.
She earned her Bachelor's degree in Communication Sciences and Disorders from the University of Central Florida and her Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis with an emphasis in Autism from Ball State University. In addition to her clinical work, Shalini serves as an Associate Professor in a master’s-level ABA graduate program, where she teaches coursework in ABA strategies and interventions, ethics, supervision, and clinical management. She enjoys mentoring future BCBAs and supporting the growth of diverse professionals entering the field.
Shalini’s practice is grounded in inclusion, cultural humility, and a deep respect for the diverse identities of the families and professionals she serves. She is committed to providing affirming, accessible support to POC and LGBTQ+ communities. Her current areas of focus include parent-led ABA coaching, school consultation, interdisciplinary collaboration, and supporting families and educators in navigating sexual behavior education within ABA in developmentally appropriate, ethical ways.
