Shalini Solomon MA, BCBA, LBA
Founder | Clinical Director, Board Certified and Licensed Behavior Analyst (HI, MO, NC, NJ)
Hi, I’m Shalini (she/her), and I’m so glad you’re here! I’m a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) and Licensed Behavior Analyst (LBA) with over 12 years of experience across clinical, home, and school-based settings, and spanning multiple states. I believe in care that truly honors who you are and my approach is thoughtful, intentional, and entirely tailored to you. Rooted in evidence-informed practices, I bring a deep commitment to cultural humility and celebrating diverse identities, backgrounds and sexualities in a safe, affirming space.
Why I Started This Practice:
I started this practice because I saw a massive gap in how we support neurodivergent individuals, families, and school teams through the sensitive topics of sexual development, body safety, and personal boundaries. Too often, these essential life skills are avoided or delayed because they feel overwhelming or uncomfortable, and most standard clinical approaches haven't quite fit the need for true autonomy, individual dignity, and affirming care.
My Clinical Focus:
My clinical practice specializes in supporting neurodivergent individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities, including Autism and ADHD, while offering deeply affirming care for all diverse sexual and gender identities. With a deep background in navigating complex co-diagnoses and developmental differences, I ensure every person, team, and family feels truly heard, understood, and supported across every stage of the lifespan.
Collaborative and Practical Care:
I firmly believe the best care happens when we work together, and I have spent years partnering closely with OTs, SLPs, PTs, and educators. This team-based approach ensures that our strategies move past the textbook and are instead clinically sound and completely practical for clients, families, and school teams.
Whether you aren’t quite sure what type of service you need yet, or if you're a fellow professional looking to connect, I can't wait to hear from you! Ready to connect? Let’s chat!
